Squawk Box: The 1% Has to Empower the 99%

A week after Financial Literacy for All came out, CNBC’s Squawk Box asked me about how Gen Z sees capitalism, equality versus meritocracy, and the backlash to corporate DEI.

Capitalism works when people believe they have a stake in it. If the 1% want to keep the system, they have to help the 99% see a way in.
