Gallup.Com: Gallup's U.S. Job Creation Index Highest Since September '08

Gallup's Job Creation Index hit a 2 ½-year high of +12 in February, driven by improved job market conditions in the West. Job market conditions are better in the South and Midwest than in the West and East; and worse for state and local government employees than for federal employees.
