At the 2024 Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles, I laid out what I call a business plan for America.
America is becoming a majority-minority country. Our economic future depends on whether the people driving that change can participate fully: as earners, owners, savers and builders. That means investing in financial literacy and treating diversity and inclusion as good business, because the data says it is.
America’s greatest resource is its people, and we are doing a disservice to our country’s future by not taking an honest look at where our people are financially.
