Black Enterprise named me an XCEL honoree, and Earl “Butch” Graves Jr. sat down with me for an hour-long fireside chat about the financial freedom movement.

Black Enterprise has been telling the story of Black business and wealth since before most of us knew those words belonged together. To talk about this work with Butch, whose father built that institution, was an honor.
