Romaine Bostick of Bloomberg caught me on the sidelines of the Milken Institute Global Conference, in the middle of the regional banking crisis.

My worry was access to capital. When banks pull back, small and minority-owned businesses are the first to feel it and the last to recover. America grows when more people own businesses, and when the people making decisions in business and government look like the country.
