Elizabeth MacBride of Forbes asked me to boil down what I tell entrepreneurs. I gave her three things.
- You make money during the day, but you build wealth in your sleep.
- Never just ask what the payment is. If there is interest attached, find out the terms.
- Learn to leverage relationship capital. It is the best form of capital an entrepreneur can have, especially when you are starting with very little money.
