From Gallup.Com: U.S. Job Creation Unchanged in December

Job market conditions in the U.S. remain unchanged in December, with Gallup's Job Creation Index coming in at +14 for the third month in a row. This reflects 32% of workers nationwide saying their employers are hiring and 18% of workers saying their employers are letting people go.
