Gallup invited me into its Leading With Strengths series to talk about how my top CliftonStrengths have shaped the way I lead: Strategic, Learner, Activator, Achiever and Context.

We talked about how those strengths helped me turn early trauma into a movement, one that has directed more than $5 billion into underserved communities. Gallup and Operation HOPE have measured hope together for years, so it meant something to have this conversation with them.
