Gallup.Com: In U.S., Frequent Exercise Rebounds Slightly in 2010

The percentage of Americans who said they exercised for at least 30 minutes three or more days per week rose to 51.1% in 2010, from 49.6% in 2009. Three in 10 adults reported exercising for at least 30 minutes zero days per week, a slight improvement from 2009, but on par with 2008.
