Bryant Groups Motorsports Academy
Motorsports as a Pathway to Opportunity
Bryant Groups Motorsports Academy (BGMA) promotes identified career opportunities by reconnecting education with aspiration and promoting a motorsports-centric educational experience within underserved urban and rural community public schools (targeting grades 6-12) BGMA programming integrates with middle and high school STEM curriculum, connects schools and students with industry experts in their community, serves as a gateway for students to numerous in-demand career opportunities in the automotive industry and motorsports sectors, and pairs with Operation HOPE’s financial literacy program. Programs will be available in Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta area with the opportunity to grow to other cities.
Michelin North America Partnership
Through an ongoing partnership with Michelin North America, Bryant Group Motorsports Academy expands access to engineering, manufacturing, and leadership pathways for students from underserved communities. The collaboration focuses on hands-on engagement and career exposure through education programs, field experiences, internships, apprenticeships, and long-term workforce opportunities—helping build a stronger, more inclusive talent pipeline.

Bryant Group Motorsports Academy (BGMA), powered by Ford Performance, is a nonprofit initiative that uses motorsports and advanced manufacturing as a platform to prepare the next generation for high-impact careers. Founded in collaboration with Ford Performance leadership and entrepreneur John Hope Bryant, BGMA provides immersive learning, mentorship, and industry connections that translate passion into real-world opportunity.
Bryant Family Foundation
The Bryant Family Foundation is committed to advancing financial dignity and opportunity by supporting individuals from underserved communities, particularly those pursuing higher education. Building on the lifelong work of John and Chaitra, the Foundation provides targeted, modest grants identified through trusted partners and networks, allowing resources to be directed where they can have the greatest and most meaningful impact.
Urban, rural, inner-city and under-served communities represent some of the best untapped potential in America today. Every inner-city in America will be reclaimed by investors, even the young, up and coming (and hopefully diverse) middle-class - and we plan to play a role in that.
Just Brothers
Leadership in Brotherhood
Just Brothers is an invitation-only fellowship of like-minded men united by shared values, mutual respect, and a commitment to leadership rooted in honor and trust. Founded by John Hope Bryant and a group of Atlanta-based leaders, the organization was created to foster authentic relationships among accomplished men who might not otherwise connect in meaningful ways. Through collective action, Just Brothers addresses local and global challenges across social justice, commerce, health, and education—developing clear, solution-oriented paths forward. Guided by its motto, Saving Ourselves, Saving Our Communities, Saving Our Future, Just Brothers serves as both a brotherhood and a force for impact.
