Dale Carnegie invited me to talk about courage, faith and leadership, and about the habits that shaped my own path.

One line from that conversation stays with me. If you become the person Dale Carnegie is trying to help you become, most people are not going to understand you anyway. Eagles don’t fly in packs. Optimism and intentional action will take you places the crowd won’t follow.
