The Memphis Area Minority Contractors Association asked me to keynote its gala at the Cadre Building, and I brought the most practical message I have.

Move your credit score 100 points. Nothing outside of God and the law will change your life faster than raising that number. I also told the room that your job won’t be taken by AI; it will be taken by someone who understands AI. We are living through a third reconstruction, and this one is about ownership.
